二、消防B，即液體火災(zāi)和熔化固體材料火災(zāi)，應(yīng)使用干粉、泡沫、鹵化烷烴和二氧化碳滅火器。這里值得注意的是，化學(xué)泡沫滅火器不能撲滅B型極性溶劑火災(zāi)。由于化學(xué)泡沫與有機(jī)溶劑接觸，泡沫會(huì)被迅速吸收，使泡沫迅速消失。這樣，就不能把火撲滅了。醇、醛、酮、醚、酯等是極性溶劑。乙類火災(zāi)：指液體火災(zāi)和可熔固體材料火災(zāi)。如汽油、煤油、原油、甲醇、乙醇、瀝青等。

三、采用干粉、鹵代烷、二氧化碳滅火器撲滅C類火災(zāi)，即燃?xì)饣馂?zāi)。丙類火災(zāi)：指瓦斯火災(zāi)。如煤蒸氣、天然氣、甲烷、乙烷等。

四、撲滅D類火災(zāi)，即金屬燃燒火災(zāi)，目前還沒有符合我國國情的定型滅火器產(chǎn)品。國外主要有粉末石墨滅火器和金屬火災(zāi)專用干粉滅火器。在我國尚未定型滅火器和滅火劑珠時(shí)，可用干砂或鑄鐵泡沫滅火。D類火災(zāi)：指金屬火災(zāi)。如鉀、鈉、鎂、鈦、鋁鎂合金等。

五、E級(jí)消防選用磷酸銨干粉和鹵代烷滅火器。E類火災(zāi)：指活物體火災(zāi)。如發(fā)電機(jī)房、變壓器室、配電室、儀表室、電子計(jì)算機(jī)室等不能及時(shí)切斷或燃燒時(shí)不宜切斷的電氣設(shè)備通電。

六、撲滅F類火，即炊具中的炊事(動(dòng)植物油)火。在消防中應(yīng)避免使用水、泡沫和含水物質(zhì)。我們應(yīng)該用窒息和滅火的方法把氧氣從火中分離出來。
