超聲波振板內部結構主要就是將一只只換能器通過有規(guī)律的進行粘接，粘接之前首先需要對不銹鋼板面進行表面處理，表面處理的方法有噴砂和粗打磨，讓不銹鋼板面會變得更加粗糙。在正式的地進行超聲波換能器的安裝前，要把所需膠接的超聲波換能器（配好對的）、膠水等應該一一的先準備就緒。同時噴沙膠接面必須達到要求以及噴沙使用一定要求的金剛沙，對于沙子的要求比較高，比如要精挑細選、保持枯燥等等；且噴沙時緊縮空氣的壓力應注意調整到規(guī)定要求，并經過氣源處置器除濕后的高壓空氣。要把噴好沙的振板和超聲波換能器先停止下來做好清洗，后者要用準備好的溶液停止清洗，最基本的要去除外表的一些塵垢，再拿丙酮進行下一遍的清洗工作。同時注意超聲波清洗機的缸體需要先后進行多遍清洗過程，涼干后再拿專門的溶液各停止一次漂洗，網墊的厚度應該要合乎要求，并且將不銹鋼網異樣清洗潔凈備用。

The vibrating plate and ultrasonic transducer that have been sandblasted should be stopped and cleaned first. The latter should be stopped with a prepared solution to remove some dust and dirt on the surface, and then acetone should be used for the next cleaning process. At the same time, it should be noted that the cylinder body of the ultrasonic cleaning machine needs to undergo multiple cleaning processes. After cooling and drying, it should be rinsed with specialized solutions once each. The thickness of the mesh pad should meet the requirements, and the stainless steel mesh should be cleaned and set aside for later use.

超聲波振板使用操作方法：把振板按使用要求固定在清洗槽內，換能器引線插到超聲波發(fā)生器的輸出端，合理放置超聲波發(fā)生器，再把超聲波生器的電源插頭插入備有單相220V，10A電源規(guī)格的小三圓插座上，注意接好地線，待清洗槽內洗凈液的液面浸沒振板或到達預定高度，開啟動超聲波發(fā)生器的電源開關即可。
