1、數(shù)控面板加熱

一般實驗室用的數(shù)控超聲波清洗機，帶有加熱功能的機型，如th-300bq，就是數(shù)控按鍵加熱。數(shù)控區(qū)顯示當前溫度，可以設定溫度值，當達到加熱值是自動停止加熱。此種加熱一般是用硅膠板加熱。

分體超聲波清洗機根據(jù)使用情況有用溫控儀加熱，使用方法如下：按下加熱開關，溫控儀將顯示測量溫度與控制溫度。上面顯示的是測量溫度，下面顯示的是控制溫度，當測量溫度低于控制溫度時，溫控儀上out燈亮，加熱指示燈亮，設備處于加熱狀態(tài);當測量溫度高于控制溫度時，溫控儀上out燈滅，加熱指示燈熄滅，設備停止加熱?？刂茰囟仍O置方法：按撥碼鍵設定控制溫度，如058，控制溫度為58度。此種一般是用加熱管加熱。
